Marci Nigro brings over 25+ years of executive search expertise and serves as a trusted advisor and industry expert to her clients. With her deep network of relationships across the technology/telecom, software, and private equity industry’s, Marci takes an authentic and modern approach to talent search. She invests the time to truly understand the needs of her clients and candidates and believes that a strong cultural fit leads to successful outcomes.
As a long-term Partner in executive search, Marci has completed hundreds of critical transformational searches, many of which have led companies to successful exits. With a strong pulse in the market, she recognized a growing need for a more modern and flexible approach to talent across all functional leadership roles. To meet this demand, she launched Purpose Consulting Services, a firm that focuses on deep domain expertise in executive search as well as interim, fractional, operating, and expert advisory services.
Marci started her executive search career at TEG Consulting in 1996. As a Partner at TEG, she helped the firm achieve exceptional growth for almost three decades. Prior to that, Marci spent eight years with global telecommunications leader, Cable & Wireless, in various GTM leadership positions.

As a former in-house recruiter and team builder, Natalie has led the hiring and development of high-performing teams in both startups and national organizations. She excels at aligning talent, process, and strategy to build agile, mission-driven cultures.
Natalie’s strength lies in translating vision into execution. She collaborates closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet real business needs.
